Refunds and Cancellations
You have the right to cancel this service within 14 days – please note the following: –
- Your right to cancel our service commences the day you receive our document pack (see cancellation notice).
- Cancellation must be either by email or by using the cancellation form and sending by recorded delivery.
- All documentation should be returned in the pre-paid envelope provided.
- Refunds are made against the payment card originally used and can take up to 28 days to show on your statement.
Fees and Charges
Comprehensive will charge each customer a one-off total fee to cover all our costs in providing the service agreed upon. This fee includes all administrative duties such as carrying out all checks and searches. This fee also covers the handling of forms and other paperwork as well as associated correspondence.
No further charges will be made subsequent to the initial fee. Clients will receive 100% of any rebate agreed and this would be paid by way of a cheque sent from the local council tax authority to the appropriate address and made payable to the council taxpayer at that address.
Right to Modify or Terminate Services
Comprehensive reserves the right to modify or terminate any of the services (or any part thereof) at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to the price, content, features, hours of availability or nature of the services. Subscribed customers may be notified via e-mail about any changes in the service plans/charges/prices before 15 days of the changes actually coming into effect. We will not be liable to you or any third party for doing so. In case of Comprehensive embodies any such modification, you may terminate your further service subscription or Comprehensive may terminate this agreement and any services at any time upon notifying you via e-mail, provided you will be entitled to receive the services for any period for which you have already paid or receive a pro-rata refund of your fee at Comprehensive’s sole discretion.
